Same at Lake Tahoe, haven't seen a USFS gate that looked inviting yet. Checked 4 different places on south shore recently.Spent the day up in the mountains getting blocked by trees, snow and gates. Still got in a good ride.

Apparently the northern part of Tahoe all the way to the Oregon border area had elevated levels of snow this spring. Attributed to the La Nina weather pattern of last winter.in Utah you had to get to 10k ft before snow, here its 8000'
